Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation is located in Houston, Texas, near several major acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods.  Our center is a one hundred-twenty bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.
